SPACE PLANNING

We gather your programming in-formation and apply your goals and objectives in plan view. We create the layout for your office or healthcare environment that meets the needs of the company, the employee, and the customer alike.

BUILDING CODE STUDY

We complete a Code Study analysis specific for each project.  We stay current on code requirements and have recently completed a course to identify the changes in the new 2019 Alberta Building Code.

PERMIT & CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

We prepare required working drawings for tender, construction, and development and building permit submissions. We also offer services to submit for permits and see them through to final approval. 

CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & PROGRAMMING

This is the first step in our design process. During this stage we establish your goals and key objectives.  We will make your vision a reality ensuring your goals and budget are aligned to create the perfect space.

TENANT COORDINATION

Our experience in commercial, healthcare and base building design allows us to be intermediaries between tenants and landlords. We assist with space planning, drawing review, and site consultation, to ensure the landlord and tenant walk away from a deal satisfied and that needs of both parties are being addressed.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We guide your project from its beginning to move-in and beyond. We maintain close contact with yourself, contractors, suppliers, and landlords allowing us to achieve a cohesive conclusion that is on time and on budget.

CUSTOM MILLWORK

We offer design services and contractor recommendations for moldings, trim, wall paneling, doors, crown molding, and built-ins. 

SPECIFICATION RESEARCH & CONSUlTING

We research specifications, products, and advancements. We identify and address the specific design or construction issues you may have on your project from space planning to furniture and material selection.

FINISH & FIXTURE SELECTION

We source and select the finishing pieces that tie your entire design together. This includes but is not limited to lighting, plumbing, wall coverings, window coverings, artwork, appliances, and hardware.

SIGNAGE & BRANDING

We assist with the development of logos and interior or exterior signage that will create a solid brand for your company. We work and have accounts with highly recognized sign manufactures and distributors to assure we can provide you with the best quality and pricing possible.

DECOR, STYLING & ART

We work with you to ensure that the finished product aligns with your vision and goals for the space.
